    You have 12 months from the date of purchase to access your course material.

  • Are my course certificates stored?

    Yes your certificates are stored in the training dashboard area of the website.

  • Are the courses accredited?

    Our courses are either IATP or CPD Accredited. The relevant logo will appear on your final training certificate.

  • How do I know my course progress?

    Each course let's you know the current % completion.

  • Are the knowledge checks difficult?

    Answers to each question will have been taken from the learning material.... so you're only ever asked questions from information you have learned.

  • Can I take the course on a mobile?

    Yes, courses scale down to the size of the screen so it will work on your device. You just need an internet connection.

  • Can I leave the course and come back to it?

    You can work through the course at your own time. Our system records your progress so you can return to where you left off at any time.

  • How long at the certificates valid?

    365 days from completion. You will see a valid from date and a review date.
